An estate sale is similar to a garage sale except the sale mostly occurs inside the house. Typically everything inside the house is for sale and all of the rooms in the house contain items that are for sale. People usually hire companies like us to facilitate these kind of sales.

We do not charge any upfront fees. It won't cost you anything in order for us to get started. We will keep a percentage of the profits after the sale is over. We sometimes run promotions for our services at a discounted rate. Please reach out to us to find out our current rates.

We intend on seeing out the project to the very end. Once we sell everything we can, we won't leave you high and dry with a bunch of left over items. We have options for you to choose from that we will base upon your unique circumstances. We have relationships with Non-Profit Organizations, Clean Out Service Companies and people that like to buy the left over items. We will even make the arrangements for you. Depending on how much time you have, one option might work better than the other.

No problem. We can designate a room that will be off limits to buyers. This part would be best discussed during a meeting on the property you are wanting to liquidate.

No, do not throw away anything. It may be worth something just for parts. We will determine if any items in question are of value once we are able to have a look at the property. A buyer might even be interested in a partially used cleaning product. It might surprise you what some buyers have interest in.

First we will have a discussion over the phone with you. We will address all of your questions. We will also ask you some basic questions so we can get a good idea of what you want to accomplish for the property. If both of us feel like we are a good fit for each other, we will proceed with scheduling a meeting on the property where the sale will be held. We will take a look at the items on the property so we can begin to put together a plan to get you the results you are looking for. If you like our plan, we will proceed with going over an agreement with you. Once the agreement is signed we will get to work for you right away. Possibly the very same day.
